- $19.99 standard shipping – 15 – 20 days
- $29.99 Express shipping – 5 – 10 days
Shipping Details
Orders are shipped daily on weekdays from our Mainland China location, excluding public holidays. Express post orders placed before 12pm weekdays will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders with standard shipping are processed after express orders and may experience a dispatch delay depending on the volume of express orders.
Payment Methods
Please note that if you choose to pay by direct bank deposit, your order will not be shipped until funds have cleared in our account.
Postage Restricted Items – Dangerous Goods
Some products, such as gas-filled lighters and butane gas, are considered Dangerous Goods and cannot be shipped with Express Post or air mail. These items must be delivered by road freight with Star Track and may take longer to arrive depending on your location.
Your Details
Ensure that your address details are accurate and correct when placing an order. It’s important to use your real name, as ID will be required at the post office for parcel collection if undeliverable.
Wrong or Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the correct address.
Package Not Delivered
If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact your local post office or courier company to locate the package. Once a package is marked delivered, Grasscity is no longer responsible.
Return to Sender
If a parcel is undeliverable or not collected from a post office, it will be returned to sender. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund, minus a 50% restocking fee, depending on the reason for the return.
